Become a Grassroots Donor

Help us in funding our partner programs delivering education, health & tools for success.

GP’s mission is founded on offering a “leg-up” as opposed to a “hand-out”.  As a result, our grassroot donations involve funding specific needs that focus primarily on educational tools, health needs, scholarships, and projects relating to empowerment and self-sustainability.  

The impact of your contribution is brought to life with updates from the field as we visit throughout the year .  We also invite you to visit the programs to see the value of their work and your contribution first-hand.  Grassroots donations also make fantastic meaningful gifts for birthdays and holidays...

Taking the connection a step further
Many of our donors have wanted to deepen their connection and involvement to specific organizations. We now refer to these wonderful GP donors as ambassadors  Our ambassadors have come up with all kinds of creative ways to utilize their skills, raise funds and broaden their engagement to the programs. Whether running for a cause, holding benefit yoga classes, donating your business skills or hosting fundraising evenings with friends, our ambassadors have taken their commitment that extra step further.

The mission at GoPhilanthropic Travel is to provide meaningful life experiences through travel, encouraging a deeper understanding of global issues.  Facilitating private trips for groups and individuals, they offer an educational context for travelers to learn about, connect and engage with small, effective grassroots organization committed to positive change in their communities.

GoPhilanthropic Travel has been a key partner since the inception of GoPhilanthropic Foundation, managing all of the logistics involved in guiding travelers to our partner programs around the world.


John O'Connor - President: Ceres Management

John has been assisting GoPhilanthropic and its partner programs since 2012 in various areas of Organizational Development including evaluation and leadership workshops.

"I like to think that Learning & Teaching are central to my life and my work.  Each compliments the other.  I love learning, alone and with others.  But spreading knowledge and skills to help others improve is my real passion.  These days I enjoy facilitating action learning sessions in areas including evaluation, instructional design, strategic planning and leadership development.

Beautiful World fosters global citizens and changemakers by providing unique opportunities for individuals and groups to engage & learn alongside one another for the purpose of advancing health, security and human sustainability globally.  Its mission is to connect people to create positive, sustainable social change.  Their services include event production and dialogue curating (trips, retreats, forums), retail of global artisan goods, and consulting services.
