HUSK for Communities
WHAT THEY DO
Husk is a non-profit organization working to improve the lives of families in Siem Reap, Cambodia, by generating sustainable solutions to very real everyday issues. By working daily alongside community members within two Cambodian villages, and by understanding the villages and their needs on an intimate level, HUSK is able to create real long-term solutions to combat extreme poverty. HUSK runs a broad range of programs that focus on the basic needs of villagers – food & nutrition, clean water, shelter, sanitation, and education – all with vocational learning opportunities.
