Vision

To create a shared responsibility in solving global issues through partnership and to help empower small grassroots organizations to stand on their own.

Mission

We connect people to programs in order to create opportunities for positive change:
  • Developing genuine PARTNERSHIPS - understanding their issues, helping to raise awareness, funding their programs, and measuring the impact.
  • Encouraging ACTIVE engagement for donors, bringing to life the people behind the programs and fostering personal connection.

Core Values

We enter into all our relationships guided by the principles of ongoing learning and enhancing trust and respect for individuals and/or their organization's missions.

We Do This By:
  • Fostering self-sufficiency: as opposed to dependency, creatively using resources readily available to them in their communities
  • Tracking progress: in order to measure the effectiveness of our support
  • Cross-learning: providing networking opportunities and sharing learnings across organizations
  • Being respectful: to culture, tradition and dignity while working alongside them, visiting and in sharing their stories
  • Honoring them: understanding that they might have a better grasp on answers to challenges  (and not assuming we have all the answers)
  • Actively listening and asking questions: being guided by their priorities and timelines.
