Our partner non-profits around the world
We have developed deep relationships with a group of small grassroots and locally-managed NGOs, with long-term COMMITMENTS within their communities. Our portfolio represents a collection of great people quietly accomplishing great things. They range from programs aimed at supporting women and girls, to small business development, education and scholarship programs. GoPhilanthropic's purpose is to help grassroots non-profits to "stand on their own." It is our hope that all of our partnerships progress overtime into our Standing Strong category.
New Discoveries: Programs that we refer to as "New Discoveries" are small grassroots organizations that we have partnered with and who are in early but fragile stages of development. These are typically new programs, in existence for 5 years or less.
Core Programs: Core programs are small, grass roots NGO's that have been carefully vetted to ensure the right match. After a program is accepted as a Core Partner, GoPhilanthropic is actively involved in not only fundraising for the partner organization but in organizational development.
Standing Strong Programs: Standing Strong organizations have successfully made it to more stable ground and are consistently providing steady services and support in their respective communities. Generally they are programs that have been in existence for ten years or more, with well-established processes, staff, policies, and reliable sources of funding. GoPhilanthropic provides a fiscal partnership to an already established funding base and focuses its Standing Strong relationship on shared learning and networking.
