We are thrilled to announce that GoPhilanthropic has raised $18,000 for the Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. Thanks to donors Greg and MaryAnn Rivers who hosted a fundraiser in Detroit on May 21st -22nd, we were able to exceed our $10,000 goal. Funds raised will be granted to previously vetted organizations.
You can expect an update in the next week or two as we identify the particular programs and projects that we will be funding and, of course, regular progress reports as the rebuilding takes place.
