As some of you may know, Lydia Dean of GoPhilanthropic was in Nepal at the time of the devastating earthquake. Lydia was fortunate to not only survive the earthquake itself, but to make it back to the USA within a few days.

Only one week later, the true magnitude of the impact is just becoming clear.  An already fragile region in need of tremendous support, has the daunting task of rebuilding itself.  The emails are flooding in from the organizations GoPhilanthropic was just with, helping us understand first-hand the long term needs.  The picture above is is just one of the vetted programs in desperate need. We are particularly focused on the work ahead after the relief efforts end.  With this in mind we urge you to consider making a donation.

Please note that your donation is for Nepal and GoPhil will send 100% of your donation to our partners in that region.

As always, GoPhilanthropic will monitor the financial grants and progress very closely.

Thank you to all of those who have already donated and to those of you who have fundraising plans underway.  You can expect brief updates from us sometime over the next few weeks regarding the specific projects being supported.  Thank you so much for your support.  Your caring will make an enormous difference to those in need.
